Fellowship forge

Don't just build community, forge fellowship.

About Adam

I’m a professional therapeutic game master with nearly 15 years of experience using games to build community, connection, resilience, and joy. As the founder and Executive Director of the nonprofit Game to Grow, I trained over 2,000 therapists, educators, and community leaders around the world to run game-based programs that are as meaningful as they are fun. I’ve also partnered with Washington State Libraries to develop and deliver a statewide training initiative, combining asynchronous learning with hands-on workshops to bring game-based services into local libraries. My direct work has focused on teens, adolescents, and emerging adults, and I’m passionate about helping communities harness the power of play to heal, grow, and flourish. My work has been featured in worldwide news and print media, and my writing has been published in the field of applied games, psychology, and personal development.
